      General Terms
                              
                         A.  Freight is the responsibility of the customer.
                         B.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
                         C.  Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours if  available, or will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

     Lost, Damage or Return Policy

                         A.  Claims for losses or damages occurred in transit must be made to carrier within 24 hours of receipt of
                               merchandise and our original package must be retained for inspection.  All shipments are insured.
                         B.  Customer must call within 5 business days of purchase to return any item.  After 5 days there will be 15%
                               restocking fee.  Items accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer defects or errors are
                               subject to 15% restocking fee.
                         C.  Only merchandise having a manufacturer's defect will be accepted for replacement within 5 days of
                               purchase.  Misused or used items will not be accepted.  Credit will only be issued for our company
                               errors, such as shortages, wrong item, or price adjustments.
                         D.  Customer must contact 2 days prior to returning any item.  All return items must be shipped in the Original
                               packaging.
                         E.   Shipping cost will be deducted from the amount on returned item(s).


     Laws & Agreements

                      By purchasing any item sold by our  company "Tru Kut USA" the buyer expressly warrants that she/he
                      is 18 or older and is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding
                      the purchase, ownership and use of the item (s). The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our
                      company for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership or use of the item in
                      violation of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
 
                    
    Exempt States: At the time of purchase you understand that it is the customer's responsibility to find state, local and
                     federal laws which may prohibit the use, or possession of any item sold by "Tru Kut USA".

    Liability waiver: You as a customer will hold harmless "Tru Kut USA" in the event that you violate any laws and that
                     you also hold harmless "Tru Kut USA" in the event of injury, of any kind, associated with any item purchased.

Some items listed on this web site may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your (customer's) responsibility to check all the local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item found on our web site www.trukutusa.com

It is the responsibility of the customer, not "Tru Kut USA". to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Tru Kut USA. All equipment is sold subject to any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. No sales to minors. By placing an order, the customer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. "Tru Kut USA" will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from "Tru Kut USA" or any of our distributors and dealers. As no product is 100% effective against attack, "Tru Kut USA" assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.


Auto Law & Legal Status Terms In compliance with Federal Statutes:

Read carefully all conditions set forth below.
By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria.
Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:
(1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering,
     procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
(2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the
     District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
(3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government
     of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;
(4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from
     any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).
    When buying an item from "Tru Kut USA" you as customer release "Tru Kut USA" of any liability regarding your actions
     concerning the sale, use, ownership and shipping of any such items covered by the sections above.
     "Tru Kut USA" will sell no such items to any individual outside the State of Florida without the above conditions being met.

"This does not apply to automatic knives manufactured and sold within the state of Florida."

 Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud "Tru Kut USA" in anyway will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any
 attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!
